Sate Padang step by step
- Rebus daging sampai setengah matang. Tiriskan. Air rebusan daging jangan dibuang.
- Iris daging kotak2 sesuai selera, lalu taruh ditusukan sate. Ikat tiap lima tusuk dengan karet gelang.
- Tumis bahan yg dihaluskan, masukkan bahan yg digeprek, dan bahan cemplung. Tumis sampai wangi.
- Masukkan tumisan dalam air rebusan daging tadi beri secukupnya garam, gula pasir, dan kaldu bubuk. Cek rasa. Masukkan sate dan rebus sampai mendidih.
- Angkat dan tiriskan sate.lalu panggang sampai sate matang.
- Aduk tepung beras dengan air di mangkuk. Masukkan dalam air rebusan daging, rebus di atas kompor & aduk2 sampai kuah mengental. Cek rasa.
- Tata ketupat atau lontong di piring beri sate, siram dengan kuah kental, dan bawang goreng. Sajikan.
